1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777sp website, completing the 777sp registration process, or using any product or service offered by 777sp — whether on desktop, mobile browser, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing without an account, and any person interacting with 777sp promotional materials or linked pages.

777sp reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the 777sp platform following the publication of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 2. Eligibility

777sp reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 777sp platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 777sp reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals attached to those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering for a 777sp account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Any account found to have been registered using false, misleading, or incomplete information is subject to immediate suspension pending investigation. Any winnings or bonuses credited to an account that was opened fraudulently will be voided.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

777sp operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with international gaming compliance standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued CNIC, passport, or driving licence — and proof of address at any stage of your account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification is a mandatory process and cannot be waived.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on the 777sp platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777sp accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 777sp wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.

777sp does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Funds deposited from payment methods not registered in your name may be refused and returned, subject to any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 777sp are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your name that have previously been used for a deposit on your account.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during operational hours.
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers are processed within the same business day for requests received before 16:00 PKT on working days.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be initiated on funds associated with those bonuses.

777sp reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, particularly for high-value transactions or where unusual account activity has been detected.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on 777sp are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. 777sp does not apply currency conversion fees. However, players should be aware that their payment provider or bank may apply independent fees or charges that are outside of 777sp's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by 777sp are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds in your account balance and will be applied separately according to 777sp's bonus accounting rules.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion description at the time the bonus is offered. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

777sp strictly prohibits the abuse of bonus offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, 777sp reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the offending account.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the 777sp platform — including slots, live casino titles, sports betting markets, crash games, and virtual sports — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence except where game-specific rules explicitly state otherwise.

Sports betting markets at 777sp, including PSL and international cricket markets, are settled in accordance with 777sp's sports betting rules, which are published separately and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. Results are determined by official score data from recognised governing bodies. 777sp reserves the right to void bets where data integrity issues, match-fixing investigations, or other extraordinary circumstances affect the integrity of a sporting event.

Malfunctions in any game or platform component void all pays and bets associated with that malfunction. 777sp will make reasonable efforts to restore account balances to their pre-malfunction state in the event of a technical error, but accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

777sp is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 777sp platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or platform systems.
• Placing bets designed to arbitrage price differentials across markets or across platforms.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the 777sp platform to conceal the origins of illicit funds.

• Impersonation of another player, 777sp staff member, or any other individual.

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 777sp may immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required.

8. Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777sp Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. 777sp will never contact you by any channel — including email, SMS, live chat, or telephone — to request your password or full payment card details.

12. Termination

777sp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• The account holder no longer meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the 777sp platform.
• A regulatory obligation requires the closure of the account.

You may close your 777sp account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance — net of any pending bonus wagering obligations — will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

777sp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
